Cork Griffiths is a successful recruitment company with a 20+ year track record and an ambitious growth plan. We are now looking for experienced recruiters to join the team. If you’re looking for total flexibility in your work/life balance or for something a bit different from the norm, then we can offer you an excellent opportunity to work the hours to suit you as a virtual recruiter. You may even have left the industry in the last few years and are looking for a return. We are looking for people who:
Believe in themselves and have the confidence to develop client relationships
Possess business development skills and a proven track record of generating recruitment fee income
Are ambitious and want to be their own boss
Can operate autonomously but with the full back up of a centralised support function
With Cork Griffiths, you can work from home, with hours to suit you and without the stress of being micro-managed or pressurised to hit unobtainable targets. You are the boss, and even get to retain up to 95% of the income you generate. You will be joining a group with a 20 year track record of success and will have full access to our market leading recruitment software packages and databases, access to all the usual job boards and an admin, IT, finance and marketing function which will support you every step of the way.
