MBI opportunities – UK Wide
We are working on a number of MBI transactions in diverse sectors including manufacturing, engineering, print/packaging, facilities management, digital media/web design, hotel and leisure and we require a credible MBI candidate to support each deal. In each case, the MBI candidate will be required to invest their own 
capital, in the region of at least £50,000 but this could be more in some instances. Financing for the purchase is largely bank funded or vendor assisted and in each case we are looking for a leader who can take the business over and drive its future growth and development. In many instances, we need a sales/marketing oriented General/Operations Manager or alternatively, a Managing Director who has run their own business and subsequently sold it and is now looking to do the same thing again. All deals present a serious prospect for future capital growth.
These opportunities are handled via our sister company Auxilium Advisory Limited, which operates on the boundary between executive search and corporate finance and is able to provide innovative solutions for entrepreneurial companies unachievable by an organisation operating in one or the other ‘space’.
